• All markets will be settled on the official results from the relevant governing body of the league / tournament organiser.

• If a time change occurs within a few hours of the start time of the event, BetDEX reserve the right to void all markets on the event and return users stakes.

• If a series change occurs before the game start time then BetDEX reserve the right to void all markets on the event and return users stakes.

• If a game is started and then abandoned or postponed, it must be resumed within 6 hours from the original start time or all bets on the market will be voided.

• If a team is renamed or rebranded then bets on that team will still stand.

• BetDEX reserves the right to void any bets at their discretion in relation to a team if material is not available to determine the identity of the team or of the players.
