Q: Why hasn't my deposit arrived yet?

A: Depending on the crypto token & network you are sending on, deposits can often take a few minutes to get processed. During congested periods, and especially if you are sending Bitcoin, this can often take up to 60 minutes.

If your deposit hasn't arrived after this time, please reach out to us at [email protected] and include your transaction confirmation - we will be happy to assist!

Q: Can I reuse my wallet address for my next deposit?

A: The wallet addresses we provide are temporary and should only be used once. After that, you'll need a new address for your next deposit.

If you send a deposit to an old address, we cannot guarantee that the deposit will be successful.

Because of this, when depositing we recommend not saving addresses with your wallet.

Q: Are there any fees or limits for my deposit?

A: BetDEX does not impose any deposit fees or limits.
