My account is suspended

There are several reasons an account becomes suspended, sometimes this happens automatically on various checks and limits set by the end user but sometimes it can be done manually by our customer service agents.

The first thing to try is verifying your ID. Go to your Personal Detailsarrow-up-right and click 'Complete Enhanced Verification' at the bottom.
