Setting bet limits

Responsible gambling is very important to us here and BetDEX and one of the tools we use is allowing the customers to set limits on the amount of orders they place.

The responsible gambling page can be accessing by going to the account pages and selecting responsible gaming.

Here, you have the option to set stake limits as shown below.

By clicking 'Set Limit', the customer can then set their stake limit to limit them to a maximum amount you can place over a specified period of time.

Once confirmed, then clicking 'Edit Limit' takes the user to a similar popup to again change the stake or duration limits.

You can reduce the limit immediately, but increasing the limit or removing it will take 7-days to take effect.
