# Taking a break

Responsible gambling is very important to us here and BetDEX and one of the tools we use is allowing the customers to take a break from trading. 

The time out page can be accessing by going to the account pages and selecting [responsible gaming](https://betdex.com/account?tab=responsible-gaming). 

Here, you have the option to set a time out.
