# Market settlement

BetDEX Markets are settled by the BetDEX Operations team. Markest are typically settled within 30 minutes of the event conclusion.

The team will use official sources of information to determine the appropriate result for each market. Where appropriate, multiple reputable sources will be used to confirm the correct result. Accuracy is of paramount importance to the team. In the event of an inconsistency among sources, the result according to the governing body of the sport or competition in question will be used in settlement.&#x20;
